Starting from the 1st of October 2023, delivery services will be available for your orders.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scale. Please be aware that delays are occasionally inevitable due to busy periods and unforeseen factors.
 
Calfam Services Ltd will not be held responsible for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control, for example: strike action, 3rd party delays, traffic or weather constraints and therefore will not accept liability for late delivery under these circumstances.
 
In the event of requests for goods to be left at unattended premises (for example - in a garage) or with neighbours Calfam Services Ltd will endeavour to do so at the customers own liability.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our delivery services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

​

Our delivery service is designed to deliver your order within Malta and Gozo. We aim to provide safe, reliable, and timely delivery services. A minimum order of €25 is required for Delivery Services.

​

Delivery Fees :

​

€5 delivery fee every order with a minimum of €25 in Malta

€10 delivery fee for order with a minimum of €25 in Gozo     

FREE delivery for orders over €100

3. Delivery Timelines

 

Estimated delivery times are within 2 working days from order and confirmed payment. Deliveries are done between 15:00 and 20:00 .

4.Delivery Delays

​

 

We will make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, but we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

 

In the event of a significant delay, we will communicate with the customer and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

​

 

5. Cancellation and Returns

​

 

Customers may cancel an order in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be provided during the ordering process.

 

You may return unwanted goods for a full refund of the original paid amount at any time within 14 days, starting the day after receipt of your goods. Exceptions to this are listed below.
 

• Where security tags exist on products, carefully inspect the product before removing the security tag. Calfam Services Ltd will not accept returned items where the security tags have been removed.

• Edible items are non returnable.

 

• Handmade icing flowers, due to the extremely fragile nature of the product and the special packaging techniques required.

​

 

6. Liability and Risk

 

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of delivered items after successful delivery to the specified address.

Customers are responsible for the safety and security of delivered items once they have been delivered.

​

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

 

Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

​

We reserve the right to terminate delivery services for customers who violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any prohibited conduct.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

​

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Customers will be notified of any material changes.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding delivery services.
