Ideal for use on cakes, ice creams, pastries, creams, mousses and frozen desserts.

  • Pour the glaze in a bowl
  • Heat it up at 35/40°C
  • Stir it slowly to obtain an homogeneous product
  • Pour on a very cold cake
  • Put in a shock freezer for one minute and decorate.

Product has to be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.
