- Pour the glaze in a bowl
- Heat it up at 35/40°C
- Stir it slowly to obtain an homogeneous product
- Pour on a very cold cake
- Put in a shock freezer for one minute and decorate.
Product has to be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.
