Dolomiti is a special water-repellent icing sugar, ideal for dusting fresh or long-life products.Its main characteristic is precisely that it does not absorb humidity (anti-humidity) and therefore always remains white, thanks to the particular coating process with vegetable fats.
It is in fact a slightly flavoured, water-repellent icing sugar, coated with a film of fat, so that when sprinkled on pastry products, it does not absorb their humidity, offering an excellent result to the eye.
