Daisy Paste is 3 Products in 1-Gum Paste, Modelling Paste and Sugar Lace Paste. It is the only all purpose paste around. If you need gum paste, Daisy PAste is the best, but it’s much more then that:it is also an excellent flower paste and modelling paste. To top it off, it is the perfect medium for making edible lace.

Directions to Make Lace: Heat 70 grams of daisy paste in the microwave for 15 seconds at maximum power. This will increase the temperature from 45 degrees C to 60 degrees C heating it without making it too hot to touch. Remove the paste from the microwave and lay it on a special silicone mat, using a small plastic scraper, spread it on the pad making sure to fill in the grooves. Flip over the silicone mat and remove the paste immediately. To store your decorations, wrap in plastic wrap and they will stay flexible for 2 months.
